Free verse about following a "Calm" meditation prompt

The prompt for today’s meditation -
Say “I love you” to yourself.
Sounds so easy,
Selfcare in three words.
It is not easy; it is not
Simple to pull thoughts away.
Away from questions, sounds,
Thoughts of others,
Thoughts of tasks that should be done.
Brief passing sensations of pain or hunger
Lose importance only with struggle
To remain still; to remain focused.
Breathe in-two, three, four
Breathe out – two, three four.
And again.
Try to think the caring words with meaning.
“I love you,” but do I?
On this day, at this hour, do the words
Tell the truth? Not a task
Taken lightly. Who loves me?
Thoughts drifting again. Breathe.
Focus. Time for today is done.
