A slice of life.
"Do you still find me attractive?" she said, brushing her hair in the mirror.

"Of course I do," I said. "You're beautiful. I love you."

"Okay." She looked at me and smiled.

It was quiet for a moment.

"Why? Do you still find me attractive?" I said.

"I definitely do. I love you more than anything."

"Are you sure you're not asking because you no longer find me attractive?"

"I'm sure." She smiled at me again.

I got up and gave her a kiss. I do love her, I thought. More than anything.
