SQUIRRELS AT WAR

Silly little creatures are feeding at my window.
Quarreling over the tasty morsels of bird seed
Upon the feeder they sit waiting till the other moves.
I have to laugh because with cheeks full they chatter.
Rapidly their tails start to twitch as they stand up.
Running up and down the pole they suddenly disappear.
Every piece of seed falls to the ground as they leave.
Looking out my window I see many amazing things.
Squirels are my favorite because they are so funny.
