Late evening.
The sun is setting behind the trees,
It's snowing.
And snow lightens every path.
The forest is so quiet.
Here in the forest lives a lady-rabbit,
Who doesn't have even a slightest idea
Of what is going on in the world.
Soon snow will melt.
Flocks of birds will be coming back.
A vagabond wolf is so hungry
That his stomach growls.
The forest is so quiet.
True, here in the forest lives a lady-rabbit
Right under the wolf's nose,
Behind that tree.
A baby-deer in the meadow
For warmth clings to it's momma.
The silence is broken by a woodpecker.
Always busy,
He has so much to do.
And again the forest is quiet.
After all, a lady-rabbit lives here
And all animals know that.
From the review by Princess Megan Rose:
Nicely written details and a good word flow. The forest can be a quiet place. Mother rabbit sounds sweet and maybe she holds things together.
Good reflections with nice descriptions. Looks like you spent time with this. Well chosen words. A baby deer is always sweet. Creative and I feel like
I was here. Good presentation. Always: Megan
