A poem about the cycle of the world.
Today, and tomorrow

We gather in fields

To express, our distaste

For the world we must wield.

Today, and tomorrow

We fill those same fields

To pretend, now that we're here

The horrors will yield.

Today, and tomorrow

No one fills the fields

And as they lay there, barren

The world never heals.

Today, there's no tomorrow

We're simply too old

So now, we tell the young ones

That they must be bold.

Today, not tomorrow

We gather in the field

To express our sorrow

For the world they must heal.
