A journey from lady to woman.
LADY TO WOMANHOOD

She blamed herself for being a lady.
Forced to fit into the crates they created for her.
It scraped her, skin and no one cared.
It scarred her soul, yet no one asked.
Their remarks made her writhe in agony.
When did I get so despised?
No one tried to understand her.
But was swift to advise it was wrong, don't do it, keep quiet, stay away
She yearned to be a man
For a brief moment of freedom
It dawned on her.
She wore what made her happy and stood up for herself.
She laughed and giggled till tears welled up in her eyes.
She knew she was growing into a woman.
When she wiped the anguish away she realized all of this strengthens me.
It's a magical adventure, too.
She embraced it and began to appreciate it.
