This is a Tyburn form poem. It is short and needs good focus.

Timing
Dressing
Stretching

Checking weather for dressing clues
Stretching and timing stops running blues.


This is a tyburn form poem. Sorry but I should have 8 syllables on the last line but I felt that the line had to read in the correct English. So I used 9 syllables.
Running blues meant sore muscles or during the run, a pulled muscle.
