A quick look at anger -

ANGER

The bitter anger you embrace,
Directed at the human race,
Leaves no one unmarked by hate;
You lash out, apology comes late.

I know the pain you've held inside
When you were young, a wounded pride;
Yet you were stronger than the rest -
You made it through, stood the test.

When things go wrong within your life;
The anger surfaces causing strife!
And innocent lives are going to pay
With all the hurting words you say.

The rage emerges from within,
All the pain comes back again.
You cannot stop to save your soul;
Destruction is your only goal.

I pray that you can find some peace,
And that this anger you can release;
To live your life in a better way -
Forget the past - and live today.
