I sit upon the hillside
awaitin' for the moon,
thinkin' 'bout how summer
is ending way too soon.
I'm shipping out tomorrow,
no longer will I be
sittin' on the hillside,
thinkin' 'bout the sea.
Dusk, at last, upon me
as shadows disappear.
I look upon the hillside
and wipe away a tear.
