Memories are what you want them to be, not what they are really like.
Only Memories Of You

Where are the eyes
My heart yearns to see
Where are the arms
That once held me?

Where is the one
Who captured my heart
Where is the one
Who tore it apart?

You up and left
And went far away
Only your memories
Are here to stay

How can I love you
Since you went away
It's hard to face each day
I've heartache and pain

But memories are what
I want them to be
In my mind I know
That you still love me.
