when darkness approaches, so does this thing that comes night by night until death
Cannabal Come With Setting Sun:

so *Heart*less.

...known as the Wickety Witch

The Witch above thy head is gone
It’s face a place of haunted wrongs
And mask a feast of broken innocence
teeth and glue of blood and sweat
what fire grew and veins be gone
and ate the flesh of this song gone wrong

What shadow lurks and leaves a trace,
echo sounds of repitious lust,
enigma whispers with a wicked face
my bedroom I no longer trust.
Where an unnatural disorder did replace
the lacking of familiarity...
and fear from what was formerly
a home known as just reality,
~inside when darkness falls...

A thing nightly come be sorceress
woman wicked black in dress
hungry for she comes to form
from shadow within her violent storm
A creature of evil
Cannabal
reborn
reborn,
She transformed and now hunting me
on her sojourn nocturnal norm.
I shivering, sweat and crawl under, for
condemned my day of light is now no more
And my eyes - my bedroom this night,
and everywhere I looked and placed my sight
I swear something moved, a shadow for
an unwelcome wave against the wall
there it hissed like a hungry whore
behind me rushing
for what I swore I saw..
looking to meet me face to face
what was not before
...a thing inside my door,
I knew once daylight was erased
that as the sun had pressed against the hills
my fever raised, for I had chills,
and mirror on the wall, there caught a face
of infernal sweat and gore
perversave, brutal
and what so much more,
a shadow of a Witch I saw.
Her eyes an image I could not forget
slamming on me like hungry flies
and looming above my head;

'I will stick to the ceiling and drop,
and rip the blanket off,
and bare a sudden rush of blood,
with your skin caught
in-between my mask of teeth,
I’ll rip and shred what’s underneath,
I’ll break you into
bones and flesh and you’ll see my burns, my scales,
and what is left,
of skin stretched across my jaw
my mouth will be seen
between
the bones, and structures of my face,
that is covered in marks
of vile... EVIL hissed
and a stench of trickery~
It will be so quick you won’t forget if
I come or
I only make pretend my attack
you will be sure
that nightly I’ll be back for your,
my ever present
darkness falls,
I’ll get you pretty~when you least suspect,
when your eyes close
and the blanket knows no other
but the comfort of thy cover
Have the pillow and soft touch
of cotton upon your sweet
and innocent cheek...'

~she whispered in sinister foreshadowing~

'It will be my turn to be your nightly dream
before you get a chance to sleep
I’ll drop on you like
ashes to ashes under feet'.

~~~
Image of a Woman hanging by a noose
with feet dangling
when she is set ablaze,
after trials places her under arrest
clothes are not even stripped, yet
she places her old hand upon her breast,
“A curse I swear upon this town,
you will regret,
she whispers aloud,
Your tragic vote
and so,
your nightly gown
will be my heaven and my hell,
I will be your change of dress
I will become at first
A message, and then a mess
and for a decade or more,
you will know my name for sure,
as the one you cursed.
By your own admission"
.
"Yes, my Lord, she is damned,
from our door till
time without end,
until no more,
until eternity
we deliver her from evil
to your door
and with this fire we set below her wretched soul
as her skin is caught ablaze,
will she go from this earth,
and be erased.
It is our mission, as a Holy place,
to have her death become a famous face".
~ that is now a legend for ~
One hundred and fifty years,
inside when darkness falls.
And mother’s tears
will scream,
my children saw her face,
and tried to warn me
while innocence of youth
claimed the very tooth of a child,
that a ghost with
blackness all around her hair,
dark cape
and blackness wild
upon seeking revenge
sought a little child
my God, I have become,
part of legend,
my heart is frantic and alarmed
I look upon -
dig up
the body
that now claims
when darkness falls
A fairy of the dark,
she loons the evening
to catch not the tooth,
But the child,
and anything in the wild,
and the heart,
when night takes a step into the dark
She screams, hissing aloud in her hellbound
HYSTERIA
"...Evilllllll..."
echoing from every tree off every wall, from the ceiling and now at my pillow...
'..I am now
when darkness falls
into your heart
Evillll..
shhhhh
is sounding from corners
doom and
floating in I run through your room,
through and when I fall
I sweep
you into my arms,
and
Reveal my vows,
screaming little child,
mask come down,
I am your fate, what heart?
I have none
.. but the appetite to eat you
and with all my teeth
no heart
no heart
ripping you apart-
shred off from the bones
Your skin
until
death will do us
what it has always done
when darkness falls
and before the sun
I am the thing
that now
is gone
until tomorrow's setting sun...
and without a heart
return I will
return
until death do us part'
