Now that I am gone
Please do not cry for me
Though my ties to this earth were many
My new bond is a lofty life that sings
My roots once deep have given way to wings
My soul once bound among mortal crowds
Is now free to dance among the clouds
Though my time on this earth is at an end
Please do not cry, for you'll see me again

Please do not cry, for I am not truly gone
I am still whispering to you in spirit
Though you may not always hear it
My love for you lives on as you grow older
I'll always be looking over your shoulder
Hold me close inside your heart
For we shall never truly be apart
Please do not cry, we will meet again

Rest In Peace
