I'll have to get another one!

Dream Taken


I'll live a long day
to play a short night
my beauty give away
to time slipping by.

The morning then awake
a silver sight seen
at gazing mirror face
and long lost dream.

In spiral lose control
gasping for some air
holding on to a soul
that isn't even there.

Faded hope I am;
dreamer I must be
and never have again
what the bottle took from me.
