Shed a tear
From her eyes
Sadness and anger
Reasons she cries...

She'd got cut
That left a scar
The day it'd heal
Felt really far...

She'd had enough
She'll take no more
She has many wounds
She's feeling sore...

She'd break down
She'd not be strong
She was, way before
All days long...

She'd given up
She's lost the war
Thought she was dying
On the kitchen floor...

She hadn't been done
With her last injury
Won't someone please
Put her out on her misery...

Shed a tear
From her eyes
The moment pain stops
IS when her face dries...
