Lost summer love
Summer shade and lemonade
Remind me of you.

Moonlight nights and mosquito bites
Tell of a love so true

Honeysuckle scent, sleeping in a tent
Skinny dipping in a lake.

The days we'd stay at the white house by the bay
We spent half the night awake.

Blankets spread white and red
Picnics under the sun.

You held my hand as we walked in the sand
You were the only one.

Those long summer drives with you by my side
Is where I wanted to be.

I'll never forget, I'm so glad we met
You set my spirit free.

Cricket sounds,I miss the love I found
As I Watch the sunrise.

The day you left nearly took my breath
As tears filled your eyes.

Now you're gone I guess I'll go on
There's nothing left to do.

You were the best and nothing less,
I will always remember summer and you.
