Shakespearean Sonnet for contest. Prompt is the title.
Dear Santa, I have been the best of boys.
The whole year long I loved my mom and dad
And let my sister even share both toys.
It's been the best year that I ever had.

I know we can't afford a Christmas tree
Or cookies to put out for you with milk.
Our home has no bright lights to help you see.
We only have a lovely Christmas quilt.

I hope you'll make a stop here anyway.
We need you this year more than years before.
My poor, sad daddy can not find a way
To pay for my sick mommy's needed cure.

I was so good, I really did my part.
I wish you'd bring my loving mom a heart.
