I wrote this about my wife in 1988, before we were married.
You Remind Me of Everything

Your touch reminds me that miracles really do happen
Your smile reminds me that the sun still gives warmth
Your eyes remind me that the earth is full of life
And your love reminds me that there is hope.

Your voice reminds me that the birds still sing
Your laughter reminds me that there is music
Your tears remind me that there are sometimes troubles
But your joy reminds me that we can overcome

Your skin reminds me that I should be gentle
Your hands remind me that I should be patient
Your walk reminds me that I belong at your side
And your kiss reminds me there will always be love.

Your courage reminds me that I should endure
Your faith reminds me that I should not falter
Your sorrow reminds me that sometimes you need my strength
And your strength reminds me that I will always need you.
