It must have been a dream.
The scent of your hair
The taste of your skin
The warmth of your breath

It must have never happened.
Our bodies entwined
Your skin on my skin
Your hand in mine

It must have been an illusion.
The Radiance in your eyes.
The passion in your kiss.
The adoring words.

It must have been a Fantasy.
Erasing the memory.
Regretting the past.
Leaving me empty.

Please let it have been a dream.
