There is no such thing as "murdering" an enemy soldier in a war zone. Enemy soldiers should be killed and no Soldier or Marine should be charged with any crime for shooting, stabbing, blowing away, maiming or otherwise harming an enemy soldier, insurgent, spy, hostile location, or infiltrator.
