You decide who gets a harem and how big it is.

3. Transformations, shrinking, and any similar plot devices (except for when they are part of the canon of that character, such as Danny Phantom or Jake Long) are only temporary.
4. The only exceptions to rule 3 are if the method that a character gets a harem has something to do with a plot device (for example, say that a hero's male villains get transformed into hot babes who are utterly in love with the hero).
5. Try to make your writing legible.
