Don't know how to describe it. It just is.
Lost Colors

The present is where
Years of
Shadow lie within me.
Amongst broken words.
A draft of whispers.
Lost colors,
In a twilight rainbow.

I am stuck on a path
Where strong men weep.

In the dark I think,
What will I say
When my sons ask
"Why can't you stop
Seeing her shapes in the clouds?"

In the light, I know that
"I don't know"...

In the rain, I find
Candy canes melting sugar,
Beneath so many
Shapes in the clouds.

In my heart,
It always hurts..
