This is a poem I wrote for my grandmother.
"I Love You"

All alone,
I sit here looking out the window.
Thinking of the day you had to go.
Tears sting my eyes,
flow down my cheeks.
I haven't felt like talking to anyone in weeks.
I miss everything about you,
I love you.

My heart breaks every day.
Since you went away.
The pain I feel will never subside,
it will live on the inside.
You mean the world to me,
the heart and soul of our family.
I really miss you,
I will always love you.
