Poem 15 lines

My life is half over
Where have the years gone
I sit and look back to the years
The memories are many
When I was young I wanted maturity
Now I wish for youth
Youth has escaped me
The years flew so fast
They increase with speed as I age
I cannot slow them down
I have tried many things
I have even simply sat bored
Still the years fly
I am halfway through my flash of life
What faces me after?
