Promptly Potter. Day Twenty-Six.
Beyond the field
Where the tall grass grows
You'll see the path
Watch for a little mouse nose

Through the forest
But by the creek
Past the rocky hills
But not the mountain peak

Walk among the flowers
But not the poison ivy
Eat the grapes along the way
But not a single berry

I can show you a place
The mud is thick and the plants are vibrant
I can show you a place
The water flows free and the crayfish are giant

This place is my place
It's a place to hide
I can finally feel free
In my place outside
