A rhyming poem - in response to the recent air travel tragedy.
Every flight’s pilot and boarder demands
That their fast, stable aircraft takes off and lands.
From one airport safely on to the next -
A smart, distant flyer truly connects.

Sadly, however, an untimely fate
May befall a dear person, upon leaving the gate.
Attendants and crew might sometimes react
To this deathly enigma, after the fact.

God bless the crew and to all who survive
And to all the responders who keep hope alive -
A horrible tragedy has now occurred
And ruinous costs have just been incurred.

It’s fortunate, though, that these dangers are rare -
There are several precautions and many to spare...
The likelihood is that we’ll all be okay -
Continue to fly and survive one more day!
