An unavoidable fact of life.
Thou Shalt Not

What do you see when you look in the mirror,
are you seduced or do you fall to your fear?
I guess it is time to lend me your ear.
Don’t be afraid, for what I say sincere.

Let me whisper secrets that I found.
Listen to my voice which makes the sound.

Somewhere it is written Thou shalt not kill.
Yet; everywhere you step the insects mill.
Upon the sole of shoes their body’s fill.
So now I wonder could it be a shill.

How is It there’s no choice we have but play,
with each step that your taking every day?

Is that idea just some kind of lie,
when the truth is every day something must die.
From smallest bugs and even ones that fly.
By accident or not it does apply.

Even tho they’re small, they are alive,
is their life as precious as yours or mine?
