One of the frustrating observations of people around me.
He is a watcher, this guy.

When you wink at the camera,
He will watch you flaunt yourself.
He will freeze that frame in his head
And he will know you better,
Because he was silently observing you.
You will never learn how much more
He knows about you now,
Since you exposed yourself in your
Full glory to him.
You will never know.

Why?
Because he is a watcher -
There is nothing in his eyes
That react to his observations;
He will continue speaking,
Keep you talking
While he notices you more,
Your choice of words, your opinions.
What more he learns -
You will never ever know.

Then he smiles.

The watcher he is, this guy,
Only then does he spill himself to you.
He will smile, and that is when
His eyes will react
To everything he knows.
His gaze is naughty, his smile celestial.
In a mixture of expressions, movements,
He will grip you in that moment
And make you think you know.

You’ll just be left watching.
