I wrote this a couple days ago it all of suddenly just popped into my head
In the light of day,
Sun shines brightly,
Until a storm blows in,
Unexpectedly sirens start blaring,

The storm warning sirens go off,
Everyone heads for their safe place,
As the sky turns dark and dangerous,
I on the other hand do not,

Someone sees me climbing onto the roof of my house,
Planning to watch the storm,
It went from hot to cool rapidly,
Looking into the sky,
I watch tornados beginning to form a good several miles away,

It's exhilarating to feel the strong winds,
Feeling the cold rain pour harshly down onto me,
Laughter comes from deep in my belly as I experience the storm,

In the light of the day,
Sun shines brightly,
Until a storm blows in,
Unexpectedly sirens start blaring.
