A student attends the wrong lecture
So many conferences I have to attend

And the holes in my knowledge I can mend

But having to be so many places

While trying to touch all my bases

Seems to have caused some confusion

For which I can see no solution

So the mind I can better comprehend

A psychology seminar I was to attend

However I arrived just in time

For a workshop on writing and rhyme

Having been so very busy

My brain is more than a little fizzy

It seems that today is just not my day

And nothing is going my way

There’s so much running through my head

Perhaps I should have simply stayed in bed
