A young boy and his new girlfriend have a problem
Sweet Music

Cliff was a clumsy young boy.
Disaster followed him like a pet dog.
But his smile came from his heart.
One day, he saw new girl named Bonnie, who had tripped in the hall at school.
Her dark green eyes enchanted him like a spell as he helped her to her feet.
They talked and she told him that she loved music. She said that she played the violin.
Cliff found excuses to walk past the band hall and listen to her play each day.
Her music sounded so beautiful that Cliff held his breath to hear each note.
One day he decided that he would try to impress
her with flowers from the garden that he worked on.
He was also determined to save his money from his job
to buy her a big box of chocolates.
He planned to work hard to learn how to dance.
But his future dream was to buy a Bonnie a ring
that would slide on her long, slender finger.
She told him that she would be at the dance.
Cliff was in anticipation of the night of his dreams.
He entered the dance hall and saw Bonnie on crutches.
She had tripped over her sister's baton and twisted her ankle.
The doctor told her to stay off her feet for ten days.
Cliff smiled and replied that her music was enough for him.
That night was indeed the beginning of a beautiful romance.
