when our loved ones departs to heaven leaving us alone .Then its about to rise again.

The silence of my dark room
Urge me to be in gloom.
Skeptical I am about me
Am I good to be happy or not to be?
A light beam through the window
Fades the dark and lit up the glow.
The sage says remain sure
These are the blessings of pure!
Avoid despair thou shalt bloom
The immortals are only the sun and the moon.
A jittery heart and a distressed brain
Solely swell the inmost pain.
Avoid worries and fling away the angst
Look within and embrace the wisdom in swank.
Become conscious, awake, and alive
Stop wallowing in the luxury of me, mine and my life.
Sit down, relax and observe the divine
Enlighten the soul and keep it enshrine.
