Starlight Twisters

         Starlight twisters are sometimes started by your sisters. Confiding in them makes you feel trusted, safe and secure, knowing that they wouldn't tell a single soul the secrets that you've shared. Then a twister appears when you find out that your trust has been violated; a starlight twister that breaks all confidentiality that tied you together. What happened was that you were hurt, a stunning feeling of an openness that's out there in the world for all to hear. The emotion of it all wrecked your ability to find out why this all had happened. It's beyond belief, embarrassed because you feel that you've been exposed to other people, and begin thinking that you might not be liked.

Starlight twisters can turn you into knots, which gets tighter and tighter as the days go on. It's time to begin to unwind the knots and begin to heal, by standing up to any insults that can come your way. Try to explain in the best way possible the truth of what really happened, your part in it, whether it was good or bad, and wait and see what other people are saying. Hopefully, they will understand.

Starlight twisters can appear in any way, shape, or form. Let's turn those starlight twisters into something positive. They can take a deep dark secret out of the closet that you've been keeping inside your head for years, and begin to lighten up your load, releasing all the pent up bitterness, and clear your conscience so that you'll start to feel free and happy again.
