This is about what I used to be, what I used to do, what I had.
When I had hair, when I had hope,
When I asked her, she didn't say "nope".
When I could change, when I might try,
When my long nights, were not too dry.

When the beard took, a month to grow back,
When my eyes loved, to see the full rack.
When I could catch, reading only twice,
When people said, "handwriting's nice!"

When I could lift, 80 kilos in press,
When I ate good, to reduce stress.
When my spirit, never expired soon,
When I could take, a quick nap at noon.

When I did it, only in vertical,
When I used to write, thoughtful article.
When my weekends, were same as weekdays,
When I felt like, life is not a race.
