Best to let some things go.
Speaking words of wisdom, let it be
or let it alone—do not rock the boat
even though there are things that
may stick in your craw, be level-
headed, maintain equilibrium,
treat it with that hands-off
attitude.  By not letting it
be, by rocking the boat,
the boat may sink, and
there might be no life
preserver to prevent
drowning.

Speaking
wise, do not
rock that boat;
rather, sit quietly
upon the wooden seat,
bask in the quiet of nature,
allow cool breezes to caress
your tense self, witness as turtles
pose on moss-covered rocks,
sunning themselves without
concern, in their own
reptilian world.
