Cheater

Words you would have said
Blew through the windows,
Like marriage vows,
Left alone and dead.

In your soul’s bed
Caught in nightmare throws,
Words you would have said
Blew through the windows.

I could have pled,
Aloud my sorrows,
Across storm tossed blows;
A broken home’s marrows.
Words you would have said.
