Wouldn't kids be delighted if there was a Balloon rain?
Balloons, I love
they’re bright and shiny
they remind me of my childhood days and my nanny.

She’d buy me a balloon when strolling in the park
and say, ‘Now let’s go home, it’s getting dark’.

I’d take it home and tie it on my teddy
he’d look like a balloon man, he was my best buddy.

I’d sleep with my buddy right by my side
and dream of balloon-rains all day and night.

Colourful bulbs of pink, yellow and red
coming down in torrents right over my head.

I look up squeezing my eyes, grinning ear to ear
but a faint voice of my nanny waking me up I hear.
