The thoughts I had when exploring the idea of social media models being similar to dolls.
Vibrant, coloured eyes,

Soulless and enchanting.

Staring deep into you,

Mirroring your vanity.

A perfect replica,

Sat silently in frames,

A show for the world to see,

Critiqued by countless eyes.

A manufactured beauty,

Upon a pool of disdain,

The lies of images,

Seen as clear as day.

The urge to share

To tackle mundane,

A profitable business

Made with lecherous intent.

The silence of dolls,

Dressed in perfect palettes,

Are made to please

And made for fun.
