nightmares come to live
Sleepless shadows
Under the full moon ‘s
Baleful malign light

nightmares
begin to come alive
everywhere you go


Night vacancy
In the cheap hotels.
Everywhere you go

Everyone shuts
their storm shutters
to keep out .

Broken streetlights
Litter the ground
As night creatures roam.

The werewolves join in
Howling at the full moon
Casting its lunatic glow.

Hideous monsters join in
Killing on a wilding spree
The dead come to life.

Zombies the undead
Join the millions of ghosts
And other foul creatures

Join the demon hoards
newly released
from hell’s prisons.
