Maria sits in an alcove writing for say in Eight
Maria Lee, an old woman
Sits in a garden alcove.
Writing in her journal
As she did every morning.
Reflecting upon her lost loves,
In a very low mood,
Thinking about things she had done,
And things she had not done,
She concludes her morbid musings.
Sighing, she drinks her coffee.
