Little reminiscing on childhood and what was internalized.
I sit in this chair
sweating,
breathing,
and waiting for the crash.

Then your demand
to deny who I am.
What I feel.
What is real?

Defensive restrctionsths
built up over the years.
Shaping who I am.
Not knowing when to care.

Now to reshape
what's left to go.
Reading new lessons.
Making new roads.
