What was I thinking, {Acrostic}

Oh, sweet lady, upon reflection
Perhaps your death a misconception
Hamlet's hand brought you such pain
Everyone thought you to be insane
Love is gone now, so say goodbye
In a willow you will cry no more alone
A broken branch, a brook, you are gone
