Poets Forum for Weekly Contest - This is a Free Verse Poem.
Stumbling over my thoughts,
thinking of what to say.
When trying to figure out the day,
my mind crumbled with indecision.
Trying to make decisions on what to push,
my mind cringed, and I drew a blank;
more things came up, more to figure out.

Had a hard time sleeping last night;
I didn't have pillows for my head.
Feeling shaky, the floor seemed unstable.
All right, I had a fright;
my eyes were tired.
Stumbling over my thoughts,
I couldn't decipher what I sought.
