My entry in the Andre The Blog Monkey Week 2 Prompt
I like rural living the most because it brings me back to my roots. I was born in NC in a little town, well it was back then, called Charlotte. After a few years, we moved in with my mamaw and papaw(southern slang for grandparents) It was in their home that we learned the meaning of really living. They had a small farm of many different types of vegetables. I loved helping out and picking the green beans and of course eating straight from the plant. No matter if it was a potato or a vine vegetable they were terrific fresh from the ground. I loved them this way and hated that they were cooked. To this day raw vegetables with salt are my favorite in the whole wide world.

Downtown living is for those who like high randomity, noise, and close living to others. I am not much into any of those scenarios and would hate the elevators, smog, and honking horns. The suburbs would be my second place should rural not be affordable. There are some places where the spaces between the homes are not so close so that would work. However, I would need a high fence around my property because I love my privacy and would not like to hear or smell for that matter my next-door neighbor.
