the world blooms anew

fresh from the oven

for me and you

Time and again

I'm called to do

what must be done

and I still feel askew

Time and again

I tell myself

reasons not to

but deep down

I know there are so few

Time and again

I'm called to you

my insides begging me

to finally ask you
