A poem about the apocalypse.
The end is nigh, the end is here
The apocalypse, it draws so near
The world is dark, the skies are red
The ground is shaking, the earth is dead

The air is thick, with smoke and ash
The sun is gone, the light is flash
The seas have risen, the land is drowned
The screams of millions, the only sound

The buildings crumble, the cities fall
The people scatter, the world appall
The creatures of darkness, they roam the night
The ones who remain, they pray for light

The dead walk the earth, the living fear
The end of all things, it is so clear
The wars are over, the battles won
The only thing left, is the setting sun

The sky is black, the stars are gone
The moon is shattered, the night is long
The winds are howling, the storms rage on
The only hope left, is to carry on

The fires burn, the flames are high
The end of the world, is drawing nigh
The demons come, from the deepest pits
The end of all things, is where it fits

The rivers run red, with blood and gore
The end of the world, is forevermore
The ground is barren, the trees are dead
The end of the world, is what we dread

The skies are empty, the birds are gone
The end of the world, is what we’ve done
The world is ending, the time is near
The end of all things, it’s what we fear

The sun comes up, the day begins
The end of the world, is what it spins
The world is dying, the end is here
The end of all things, it’s what we fear

The world is gone, the end is near
The end of all things, it’s what we hear
The world is ending, the time is nigh
The end of all things, it’s what we try

The end of all things, it’s what we see
The end of all things, it’s what we’ll be
The end of all things, it’s what we’ll know
The end of all things, it’s where we’ll go

The end of all things, it’s what we’ve done
The end of all things, there’s nowhere to run
The end of all things, it’s what we’ll face
The end of all things, we’ll be erased.
