 prompt Let's talk about anger. Is it a sin to be angry? How do we handle anger when it rises within us? How do we handle it when others are angry? I don't believe it is a sin to be angry. I believe it is a sin to hold onto it. Sometimes it is best to take a deep breath or 2 and think before we react. Prayer is always a good option. A soft answer turns away wrath but grevious words stir up anger. When others are angry, let them vent if it is safe to do so. Speak calmly. Don't threaten or react in anger.
