Prompt: How has prayer become more to you then grace at the dinner table?

I pray before I get out of bed and before I go to sleep at night. I pray all daylong. I need help with everything in life and I thank God for everything. I have been upset this past year but I thank God for everything and hope we get the virus problem solved soon. Prayer. We cant do it alone and thats where God comes in. I would be lost if I couldn't pray to God for help. Praying is everything.
