Lunar Blood Moon

Prompt: Joy mentioned the blood moon, lunar moon and asked if this affected our writing in some way. We are to write about this today.

Blood moon. When we had a full moon at the mental health facility, our patients would do goofy things. One woman jumped on the couch. They would be up almost swinging from the chandliers. A blood moon. I think of vampires and werewolves and you could write a vampire or werewolf story but I haven't written any in awhile. A blood moon or a full moon could be a hunter's moon and a woman finds her true love in the woods. Maybe I could write a romance for this back in Regency times or gothic times. This is food for thought. I will look for the red moon and who knows? I might see a sexy vampire. Edward, Lestat or Barnabas? Jacob the werewolf? This is a good prompt. I am thinking of a story.
