| Josiah Riggs went missing Monday. He was still gone Tuesday, and by Wednesday search parties had been organized. On Thursday, Josiah was found, shaken but alive. Everyone was relieved. His mother thanked the Detroit police department thoroughly over the phone that night. Balloons began to make their way to Josiah's window. He told his mother, and she called the cops again. It was the same balloon every night. I made sure of it. Eventually, he came to investigate, looking up at me with big eyes. "I never make the same mistake twice," I growled. "I know," He said.
