Light and shadow
shade emotions,
transform into words
that travel to waiting fingers.
They meet in a suspension
of pigment and solvent,
a deepening indigo of thought.
Visions dance and swirl
across cellulose fibers
which, pressed until thirsty,
quickly absorb this flood.
